Group Fitness Training
Fast Paced Group Class
In Person Only - Fairfax, VA
Fun, challenging 1 hour class that will leave you drenched in sweat. The group will do a circuit style workout while feeding off of the motivation of teammates.

In-Person Training
1 on 1 or Small Group
Training focused on any area you would like to improve on. We'll spend time identifying the best ways to strengthen your weak areas and lay out a plan to follow for each future session.

Personal Training Program
Personalized training program based on your goals and lifestyle.
Includes:
Monthly raining program provided via Google Sheets
Training will be 3-6 days per week
Direct access to me for questions and advice
Weekly check-ins via phone, video call, or email
Time Commitment:
3 month minimum commitment, this will allow time to build a foundation, develop good habits, and measure progress.
