Fitness is a life long journey, when you start doesn't matter, what matters is your commitment to it. Every workout program you complete, every exercise, every set, every rest period, every rep builds towards a better you.
My journey started long ago, being heavily involved in sports throughout my childhood. Sports helped me establish a competitive drive to always want to give my best effort. Now older and slightly wiser, I use that same competitive nature to push myself and always find new challenges to overcome.
I bring that same spirit to coaching my clients, pushing them past mental barriers and helping to accomplish goals. As a trainer, I help my clients step outside of their comfort zone, embrace different styles of training, and most importantly have fun!
